Refund Policy

At MuslimEdEx, we want you to be satisfied with your learning experience. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued for course purchases and membership subscriptions.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You request a refund within 30 days of your original purchase date.
  • You have completed less than 25% of the course content (for paid courses).
  • You experience a technical issue that prevents access and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time.
  • The course was purchased in error (duplicate purchase or wrong course).

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Free courses or promotional enrollments
  • Courses where more than 25% of content has been accessed or completed
  • Membership fees after the billing period has substantially elapsed
  • Certificates or add-on services already issued or delivered
  • Purchases made through third-party partners (subject to their policies)

3. Membership Subscriptions

  • Monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds for membership fees are considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of the initial subscription charge if no paid courses were accessed during that period.
  • Promotional or discounted membership plans may have different refund terms stated at checkout.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Email contact@muslimedex.org with your order details, registered email, and reason for the request.
  • Or submit a request through our Contact page.
  • Include your full name, course name, and date of purchase.

We aim to review and respond to refund requests within 5–7 business days.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Processing times vary by bank or card issuer and may take 5–10 business days after approval.
  • Upon refund approval, your access to the refunded course or membership benefit will be revoked.

6. Disputes and Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated.

7. Policy Updates

MuslimEdEx may update this Refund Policy at any time. The version posted on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction unless otherwise required by law.
